Woke up today like what the?

I want to go to the beach, but don’t want to deal with the people.

I’m frustrated at the chosen ignorance happening all around me.

To the point that I don’t even want to social media, or social, in general.

I decided my time was better spent on feeling happy inside.

The sun is out, and it’s beautiful.

I’m focusing on the good things in life today and enjoying that sun.

Love yourself.

  1. This is probably the wisest choice in these times of overwhelming blind ignorance fueled by hate. Someone that is in that of love itself… You… Should remain untainted and renewed after all it crashes in upon itself, and it will… To remind everyone what really always mattered all along. You are simply lovely…

  2. I checked out of Facebook and de-activated a couple of weeks ago (I need to keep it so that I can communicate with Messenger which is the chosen method of online for my siblings) otherwise I would have killed it all together.
I thought that I would miss Facebook, but I really don’t miss it at all. Tired of all of the crap, both sides of the extremes.

Hope your weekend goes well and glad that you are safe and sound.

    • I totally get that. Breaks from FB especially are always good.
I think that FB is too easy of an outlet for me and that my time is better spent elsewhere. I’ve lost respect for a lot of people, places, and things through all of this and right now, I think a break from a lot of it is something I’m going to do too.

I’m feeling really strong and positive. Motivated. At first I was afraid that it was just temporary. But like many, I’ve also had my share of BS to deal with through the covid and I’m still super hopeful about life, willing to change and grow and learn. I think people think I’m weird, but it’s fine with me. Lol. I hope you have a great day. Thanks for the comment. πŸ™‚ πŸ’―
