Self affirmations because they keep me strong.

I have the right to love myself enough to be able to:

.admit my flaws and work on them;
.protect my heart and head as I see fit;
.do what I have to do for me and MY life;

without anyone else having one say in it.

And that’s the way it is.

I will be healthy and positive, and noone is going to interfere with my progress.

I’m not going to be goaded into feeling bad for saying what I think, or any of it at all.

  1. Sometimes those different opinions just make you stronger. You don’t have to agree. You can just reaffirm yourself, or wonder why their opinions bother you at all. Do you agree a little and that’s why?

  2. Sometimes it can be hurtful when others say things; I won’t lie. Especially when I feel they are implying things I know aren’t true.

    This is why I reaffirm myself.

    I try every day to be a decent person.

    I do struggle internally, but I know what is true and right; and also what I need for myself.

    Just because someone says something, doesn’t make it true. .
